  Make an appointment to save wait time! Great repair service. They fixed my screen in half the time given. Sprint always has a deal or special going which i like!

  A couple of the employees and the manager is nice...but this has to do with Sprint being shady. They decided to discontinue selling HTC and funny how two weeks after my phone was paid off it magically shorted out and was unrepairable. When it was only a speaker. They couldn't replace it with a HTC because they said there were not any that were referb at the time. I was told I can wait but probably won't get one. So after several days, then into a week of having a phone with no way to answer or make calls, I was given one available option,(second option I was told if I chose it, I might not get that either) so I was pretty much forced into a Samsung. From day one it was a problem, freezing, lighting up by itself I had to go through BBB to get them to switch the phone again. They send me another Samsung with has a crack in the camera, so they send me another one it has a broken piece in the screen. The manager from corporate says if I have a problem I have to take it in and have it looked at ..which I've done and the little insurance area told me if I'm so unhappy with it upgrade and by a new one. Why when I just paid several hundreds of dollars for my HTC and have insurance. Give me a phone that works. This whole thing with the way they shadely didn't tell there customers about the HTC issue. Funny as it is I ran into someone who had the same issue, having the same problems with the Samsung replacement. Pay so much money for my original phone, to be given a piece of garbage that has issues and was given to me with damage. Terrible!!
