  Bad customer service. Terrible place. Went out there to get an explanation about bill, employees were so reluctant to explain and couldn’t even figure out what was in their own bill. I requested for the manager thinking i would get a better explanation but it turned out that the manager was the worst one out there. The store manager was very impatient and extremely rude to the core. He would not allow anyone else to talk or be asked a simple question. He has such a nasty attitude and was very unprofessional. Managerial work ethics zero. He was impatient to the extent that he walked away on me
  I have a feeling he’s very prejudice. Of course that’s Elkgrove, they make you realize you’re a person of clolor and have no say even though the damn fools are paid out of the money you spend paying At&t bills
  In summ, not a good place to go when you need any help. They suck !!!!!!!
