  The worst people and care I ever seen and here is why.....
  I went to this place and mention that I need a nose wax and it was scheduled and had to return within the hour. I but I missed due to the fact I had a family emergency. So, when I return I rerscheduled again but had to return again, but this time I showed up. They have a "cancellation fee" if you cancel. So, in other words if you cancel then you would have to pay a tips as well so that they can double dip and expect it....really? I don't think so. So I told them how much time do I need to cancel, and they mention within 2 hours, but my appointment was within 1 hour so explain that to me. This was a splurge of the moment appoinment and NOT an advance appoinment ahead of time. I been so there since it open, and they never had that problem and until now really? This is place is so pathetic with problem with their own policy and they can't get it right. So, I mentioned to European Wax Center and they mention that they thought they were crazy about their policy to double dip and make customer lives miserable all because of a cancellation fee. Everybody in the lobby couldn't believe in the policy of the cancellation fee.
  
  I went to European Wax Center and they took me as a patient immediately and I was done in 10 minutes. Now, Wax Bare screw you and your policy and you can stick your policy where the sun dont shine like your nostril and your butts. Please people if you want to walk in and walk out go to European Wax Center by Home Depot in Elk Grove, they don't have a cancellation fee and they are NOT rude.
  
  People at Wax Bare and they punky lady are rude and the worse I don't care what you people say cause they really suck and rude.
