  I went into the store at 10075 Bruceville Rd, Elk Grove, CA 95757 looking for an Ozark Trail tent that was on clearance. I looked all over and could not locate this tent even though the website said it was available. I asked a store associate who helped me look for it but could not find it. As I was ready to give up, I ran into Mike Alvarez. He helped me look in the usual places but could not find the tent. This is where Mike went above and beyond to help me. He told me that the department manager was on lunch but if he could have my number and contact me if they found the tents. I provided him my number and as I left the store, I got a call from Mike. He had found the tents in a different clearance section of the store. He had one for me waiting at the electronics area. I was able to successfully purchase this tent. In my 18 years of going to Walmart's, Mike has given me a reason to write about my pleasant experience. I am so appreciative of how he went above and beyond to provide me good customer service. Walmart can use many more Mike Alvarez's. I hope you can do something nice for him and recognize him for his awesome customer service.
