  One of the reasons, I purchased the Groupon deal was for the microdermabrasion deal offered through Groupon. It was for 3 sessions for $100 something. Service includes a consult, microdermabrasion & express facial. Groupon encourages new customers to try local businesses. As per the Wikipedia 88% of merchants agree that their Groupon deal brought in new customers and 82% of customers say they are likely to return to the merchant again.
  I was assigned to Samantha who is knowledgeable about the products. The business is owned by Rania and her husband. Within the same business, you'll notice one side is the dental area and the other skin care. This company endorses the Murad brand like any other facial companies out there. Samantha was great to talk and ask skin related questions.
  
  Pros:
  1. This place is clean.
  2. The estheticians are knowledgeable and they will try to recommend several Murad products. It's their way of marketing and selling the products.
  3. They do give you discounts on the package deals.
  
  Cons:
  1. After the 3rd session, they want customers to pay upfront for the upcoming services. They will not schedule the appointments if the payment is not received ahead of time.
  
  Overall, this is a 4 star place.
