  Put a HUGE DENT in the right rear panel of my Toyota. I noticed the dent when i got home and went back to the shop to ask if they new anyhing about it. They completely denied it. Later i realized that the kid putting air in the tires probably pulled the air hose to tight against the car, which would explain why the dent was so big and ran vertically.

  Second time in a row they take out my glove box to pull a filter and then dont install the glove box correctly. Also I ask them to fix my leaky window washer system and they always say it is ok then it leaks out by the time I am home. Losing trust in them and will go somewhere else now as 3 strikes and you are out!!
