  It was our first time coming here a few weeks ago. Our Dyson Animal died out on us one day and after calling the customer service line, Elk Grove Sewing and Vacuum came up as a certified repair center. We dropped off our unit, and we were told there would probably be an extra cost if they needed to do other things to diagnose it.
  Turns out our unit just overheated and worked fine thereafter. They were unable to replicate the problem so there was no extra cost as we are still under warranty as well.
  The one section of the store has a sewing teaching area which is neat.
  We now have a place to take our vacuum.
