  Bad costumer service,
  I opened an account that was supposed to give me $100 simply for being a new costumer,
  2 weeks later I made a deposit and I was told that I was not eligible for the $100.00 that was on online deal only, boy I was shocked i was not going to do anything about it but my wife wants to close the account because they're not giving us what they promised,
  Never even revive a Courtesy call explaining anything,
  Horrible customer service,
  On top of that I try calling but it's impossible getting anybody on that branch to pick-up the phone they never answer, I've been there and witness the phone ringing off the hook and there are people available and don't care to answer,
  That It's bad for business,
  I'm going to write a letter to the corporate office to Iform them of my situation, I'm getting my $100.00 as I was promised,
  Do not do business with this Liars They don't seem to care for our business anyway
  Never again will I try to do business with Bank of America WELLS FARGO AND CHASE Well treat you better any day.
