  Patterson Heating & Air was fantastic! My A/C went out and Chris was able to quickly diagnose the problems, replace them on the spot, and take care of some problems waiting to happen. I'm so grateful for the help. I can sit in my house again without melting. Thank you so much!

  Today, i contacted Chris from Patterson air conditioning for a situation. I was changing the air filter, when the air conditioner turned on and sucked my dryer sheet that was on the floor. In a panic, thinking about a fire, i started calling for HELP. Pattersons was the first i called and left a message. He returned my call. Because of his schedule and mine, he decided that he had an extra few minutes and he would walk me through the process if i was willing. He was very patient as we proceeded. With this young man's help, i removed the panels and found the intact dryer sheet and pulled it out. Yahoo!! Chris, didn't charge me for a service call (but i would have gladly paid) and he taught me a little about my air conditioner. Thank you, Chris for your kindness and generosity. You are my HERO!
