  When FTD canceled my order the evening before Mothers Day, Nina's came to the rescue. They even delivered them in time for my mom to enjoy them on her day. Friendly service and they do beautiful work. Can't recommend them enough.

  I live in Tennessee and wanted to get a special arrangement made for my aunt's 30th wedding anniversary. I wanted to use a local florist and searched the internet for a reputable florist in the area. I was so pleased with the customer service that I received when contacting Nina's. I explained that I lived out of town and had a specific arrangement I wanted made. I was provided an email address and emailed pictures of my flower girl basket from 30 years ago asking if it was possible to recreate. Within an hour I received a call from the shop with a quote and was told that they would go shopping over the weekend to see if they could find a similar basket to the one I had 30 years ago. I just received a picture of the arrangement and it is amazing and so close to the basket I carried 30 years ago. I have never been so pleased with a florist nor had the amazing customer experience that I had. If I lived in Elk Grove I would use them for everything!
