  Good haircuts but very unorganized. No one knows who's waiting, who has an appointment, who's next in line... they have so much business, I guess they figure they can sacrifice on customer service. We waited for maybe 1.5 hours on a Saturday and even noticed other walk-ins served ahead of us.
  
  Not sure if we'll be coming back, despite the good work they do.

  We had a great experience the first few times we've gone. I sent my son in to get a haircut on his own and he was treated horribly. The barber couldn't even get off his cell phone while cutting my son's hair. My son has been growing his hair out for a while and he completely butchered his hair. Worst haircut I've ever seen. We will not be returning.
