  So far so good. Went in on a Friday, June 3 about 3pm had to wait a bit as the employee was busy with couple customers which was great as it gave me time to look at the various residential mowers and listen to how treated & helped other customers.
  He did very well. He was helping two elderly couples in their 70's and took his time.Bravo.
  When he finally got around to me the gent was helpful answering the difference between Toro & Honda.
  
  Bought what I needed and left with all my questions answered.
