  Over priced non luxurious Apartments. I wish I never moved into these apartments. Their gym equipment doesn't work and is obsolete it is so rusted that you can barely use the cables. Their weights are all dirty and broken. I have been trying for over 8 months for them to come and fix what I have been putting maintenance request in for. And still now the only reason why they are starting to do anything is because I reported them to the Texas Tenants Union. I'll have pictures posted up of the bathroom that I pay $1,700 a month to live with even though I have asked for eight months for them to fix this. This apartment complex is completely unacceptable and isn't worth much more than maybe 800 or $900 a month and with the WORTHLESS MANAGMENT especially Angie the assistant manager, this place shouldn't charge more than 700 a month to live here. Go next door. At least with them you know that they won't resolve your maintenance requests and you won't have to pay for it.. effing disappointed with this place. Fed up with all the lies and deceit.

  Unethical behavior, illegal entries, releasing confidential information to other tenants, and if they think you are leaving CA they will take your deposit. For others who have experienced this behavior please file a complaint with the CA State Attorney General's Office, Small Claims Court, and maybe even the Federal Trade Commission if it falls under scams. A police report was filed about the harassment resulting from the release of information, and the State of CA will receive my complaint.
  
  Currently working on going after the correct people not the management firm. The courts have assisted me in my search.
  
  As of 2/29/18 I filed a complaint at the Superior Court of California Small Claims Division, 301 Bicentennial Circle, Sacramento, CA 95826-2701 against the owners of the complex Winfred & Winnie Tai, 270 Crescent Avenue, Burlingame, CA 94010. Her representative (Greene, Fidler & Chaplan, LLP) responded by stating the following:
  
  First and foremost, our client did not retain the entirety of your security deposit (They gave me $7.00 back).
  
  Secondly, the Lease Agreement between you and Lake Point Apartments, which was controlling at the time of move-out, provides our client with the right to withhold any and ll of your security deposit. Pursuant to Paragraph 3 of the Lease Agreement.
  
  I can only assume this means that they can lie about the condition of the apartment and present bogus pictures in order to take your deposit. This is what occurred in my case, and I won't even discuss the harassment by other tenants due to the release of confidential information. Remember I was forced to contact the police regarding the harassment. The unethical behavior of the staff and maintenance was unbelievable.
